Three Major Signs And Symptoms Of Climate Change Effects

Climate Change Effects

Assessing climate change is easier if you understand and see a pattern. Understanding the signs and symptoms of climate change can help assess them. There are three major weather changes that can be experienced when climate change effect is created due to global warming. The first symptom is the weather becoming hotter by the day. The average temperature in the US has increased by 4 degrees Fahrenheit in many places. The first warmest year was experienced in the year 1998 and the second in 2006 in the US. In the year 2006 the year average temperature stood at fifty five degrees Fahrenheit.

The second symptom is increase in global temperature leading to drought and extreme dry weather. With global temperatures increasing the weather becomes drier. The heat around the earth’s surface increases dramatically leading to this condition. As the years pass by the average temperatures are increasing. The planetary warming is responsible for increasing the drought level. One of the major droughts in America happened between the year 1999 and 2002. It is shocking to learn that there were only 2 draughts in the last 40 years. During this period, the crops were damaged, and food supply was curtailed. The severe of droughts happened in the last 30 years. Drought lead to forest fire and the year 2006 saw the worst of fires where acres of land were burned.

The third symptom is that global warming stimulates the atmosphere. Due to this effect typhoons are getting severe with more damages recorded. The hurricanes are increasing in magnitude due to the increase in global temperatures. The damages caused by typhoons are greater in the modern times than earlier, and this is attributed to global warming that result in climate change. Those who have observed the climate change effects are fortunate enough to explore the problem and find out an effective solution.
